For those who have not seen this..Santa used to come see us at Grandma M. every Christmas. This is Joan, me and Rob. Santa continued coming to my side of the family until we moved to Texas, I think.

What an authentic looking mermaid Santa! I can remember having Santa visit us during family Christmas parties. I especially remember the year you made matching outfits for all of us, you had a broken leg, and Tommy and Jason dressed alike.
